If you are considering yourself as a serious SEO professional you need to have a tool like SEO Elite 4. This tool is not perfect but it covers many areas that are important for SEO analysis. The user interface is pretty easy to navigate and is divided into 8 main areas. The software also comes with video tutorials and member forum and support.

The first area is backlink analysis. SEO Elite will generate only up to 1000 baclinks so if you have a mega site with million baclinks, you’ll have to find another tool. For most web sites, especially small to mid-size businesses the tool is sufficient. Once you enter the domain you want to analyze, the tool will generate all the backlinks and additional useful information that relates to each backlink like Google PR, Alexa ranking , anchor text and other parameters that will help you determine which backlinks you want to go after and why a certain competitor is ahead of you in the search results. I find this section to be the most valuable section that this tool provides.

The second area is Get links to your site is a great analysis project to find high PR sites based on some keywords that you want to dominate. Again, another way to get some additional links based on keywords rather than domain name.

The third area is analyze allInanchor, AllInTitle or AllInText. You provide a key word that you want to analyze and the tool will provide web sites with Page Rank for each request. Very useful analysis to narrow down keyword search results.

The fourth area is verification that link partners are still linking to you and the fifth one is find where your web site is ranked for a certain keyword.

The sixth area is find how many web pages are indexed by the search engines for a specific site. The seventh area is find authority sites for a specific keyword and the last one is submit your articles to article directories.

It is true that some of these functions could be done manually by using free tools or manually by entering some commands into the search engines. The power of SEO Elite is the ability to automate and speed the analysis and also provide some value added for combining and organizing additional information in a very powerful and convenient way. It is hard to describe here all of the functionality but I give this tool thumps up for what it does.

The training videos and the tips are excellent and by itself are worth every penny. I found the forum and technical support to be very good.
